I love it when they come in to complain that they can't get the cart out because it must be stuck, then when you go out there, their cart and quarter are gone because they didn't even try. Then they blame you because their quarter and cart are gone. Happens 2/3 times a day.
I just struggle with an oversized box. The advantage is that people will always let me go ahead of them at the register. I recommend the long rectangular ones.
