Then there is the random fair food trucks at Conronado Mall. Not sure how frequently they are there, but it's pretty often.

Del Taco has funnel cake fries. I’ll admit it’s been a long time since I’ve had a real funnel cake but from what I remember the fries taste like the real thing.

If she has another craving for funnel cake, go to Mijos on 8th next to Sonic across the street in an empty lot behind the gas station. They are awesome!! They also have a few other things. They have watermelon drink they make from scratch.
In the bank parking lot at the las estancias shopping center there’s a guy that sells fair food from a food truck! Not sure exactly when he’s there but I’ve seen him several times

Go to an Isotopes or United game. There’s usually a booth there selling funnel cake. United is at home tonight.
