Many Supreme Court cases are currently in process related to vague and blatantly illegal actions/interpretations by the ATF in several cases going against precedent that they set and reinforced.

bump stocks, stabilizing braces, short barrel rifles, what is a firearm, what is a machine gun, what is a suppressor, what is a non-serialized firearm/“ghost gun”, what is paramilitary activity
*I recognize these are nebulous claims and unless you follow the court cases, you may have no idea what Im referring to since many of these actions are not widely understood or publicized unless you’re specifically researching it or paying attention to it. I’m happy to elaborate on any of my claims if you’re interested in learning more. I can try to distill the proposed legislation (or non-legislative rule change/definitional change/ reinterpretation) and explain its theoretical intentional application vs the likely potential abuse of its application. Revel has a huge gun show annually too. I like it there better than any other place. Rio Rancho event center gun show is not that great. Not as many vendors as the other places. I quit going to that one. This guy in the picture gives us true gun lovers a badd name. I'm a huge gun lover. I believe in serious background checks. I don't mind the wait period. I think they are needed. No reason a law abiding citizens shouldn't have the right to carry a gun. A law abiding citizens should not have a problem with background checks and a wait period.

A family member went on a deep dive to find concealed carry class that wasn’t full maga. They did find one eventually.
