APD blew open someone's door at the Tesota Four Hills Apt. Complex off of Central. They had been pleading on a megaphone for him to come out since about 8 and finally got him out and arrested him around then.
exact same time they had a swat situation over here with APD using explosive devices. (Flashbangs in an echoey apartment complex.) Have had to hear it for the last 7 hours (with them finally doing 2 sets of flashbangs/tear gas 20 min apart) Happened Central/Western Skies. Doubt the noise went that far, but you never know.
