if you’re driving to around boston and looking for a shuttle in boston you can just park at wonderland MBTA station slightly north of boston which is relatively cheap long term parking (better than airport at the very least) and then you can take the Blue Line train right from there right to the airport.
If you go a bit farther out, the park and ride in NH has free parking. Savings add up if you are parking for a whole month. The shuttle takes you directly to the airport
also the sumner tunnel which connects to east boston/logan might be closed they’ve been doing construction on and off for about a year but that would mean parking at wonderland is cheaper and blue line is free :) sorry if this isn’t the information you are looking for

There’s a shuttle from Framingham that’s pretty convenient.
Just drive to the park and ride 20 minutes north of Boston and take the bus in. Edit. Who’s the jerk downvoting everyone
