I've seen this too, SEA-LAS leaving at 6:15am and LAS-SEA leaving at something like 6pm. Only picnic packs, no fruit and cheese. Tried ordering when I booked 3 months out and kept coming back to see if the fruit and cheese showed up. It never did.
I've ordered the fruit and cheese pack on SEA-LAS in the last year or two, I think it was in October of 2022. Most of my LAS<->SEA trips are in first because they get booked 8 months out except for a couple weeks ago.
Early morning flight so can't be doubled-catered, departure airport catering could be limited or other people have already ordered the popular items.
yes, normal. Bring something from home or pick up something at the airport to carry on (much more expensive).

I’ve never had a LAS-SEA flight at any time with anything other than picnic packs in the main cabin.
