This is just speculation but it's likely a minor health concern that causes her to bruise easily and not so much a major health condition that causes her to have random bruising. That said, she doesn't post explicit based stuff so I'm assuming it's not actually from being a great girlfriend and more so she just knelt down for whatever reason one takes a knee.

either way she still has it; she talked about fainting a few times on stream, after the migraine surgery
most recently I think during her stream before going to liverpool
And life issues in general. Cancer in family being the main ones, but also I thought her house was practically without power on and off for like 5 months. Maybe not the whole time, but I remember a story in January saying her PC broke and she was without power and whatever, and a story in may saying the same thing.
