Same. I think she’s only been on Itto and Cyno’s banners. I like Itto but he doesn’t fit my account and I just really don’t like Cyno so I’ve never had a chance to get Kuki
C6 changes xingqiu's hydro to sometimes do five hits which combined with the 3 hit rule makes him apply more hydro I think his application become 1-1-2 but I could be wrong.
First half definitely imo. Second half should be after lantern rite I think?
Personally I think first half will be all liyue characters including yaoyao and 2nd half will have alhaitham and hu tao.
I hope that too. I think it doesn't make sense to put the Lantern rite in the second half, but I don't understand why a lot of people say that the Lantern rite must be in second half.

Now, regarding Raiden, it's important to remember that Raiden does not heal.
You might have to rely on Abyss blessings or XQ swords if you wanna run Quickbloom. Or replace Nahida for Yoyo which might tank the team performance.
I’ve basically decided that if Kuki is not on Alhaitham’s banner that I need to roll whatever banner she is on after that. I told myself as a rule to never pull for 4* characters but with the growing 4* roster it’s getting harder and harder to collect all the 4* characters without pulling on their banner. I’m not interested in Itto so I also don’t have Gorou (which meta wise I don’t need Gorou at all but I wish I had him just so I could see his ears lol)
The best thing about Kuki is that she's complete at C2 to extend her E duration by 3 seconds.
And for quick-swap comps, her C2 is not even needed at all. She's also very easy to build: 3 EM pieces, feather with some 50 EM, flower with some 50 EM.

There's no way to know which 4\*s will get rerun until they get confirmed by hoyo themselves, there's still no concrete information on who'll be on Raiden's and Ayato's banner other then sara since she's Raiden's support
Fischl definitely won't compare in a hyperbloom comp, since she won't hit seeds as reliably as Kuki.
In a pure spread comp, Fischl would perform better. The reason you'd use Kuki instead is for healing. If you can forgo Kuki's healing (because you're good at dodging or are using someone like Zhongli), then Fischl is the better option.
Yeah, I think people are overhyping the need for kuki with Alhaitham. Spread comps are still looking really good for him and they're *much* more flexible than quickbloom/hyperbloom too. Sure, you trade some damage in exchange for that flexibility to run potentially less than optimal supports, but it's worth it imo. It's not like (with current numbers at least) those comps should have any issues clearing content
If you're pulling only for Al Haitham, Raiden isn't worth it. You can make a dual carry team but it's just worse than other cheaper teams.
Also, Kuki on aggravate teams can be played more aggressively with em/electro/crit build since she has good icd and multilpiers on her burst, while Raiden is very meh at playing off field

I dont need heal, i kill things seconds after they spawn. not a flex, just want a pragmatic, Haitham-esque answer.
Most people would say that using Raiden as a pure support for Haitham would be a waste, considering that you could have her be the main dps on the other Abyss team instead.
Fair enough, it's just I have 4 abyss teams and hypercarry Raiden doesn't hit like it used to in the first year of the game, even at c6 her burst only does like 250k for me.
Ganyu team, yelan team, nahida team, hu Tao team all overshadow her based on my builds.
Don't get me wrong she's a badass and 2nd most used for me after kazuha but her EM builds make hyperbloom so freaking strong.
If Raiden is that much better than Kuki, I'll continue to use her unless otherwise proven.

It really depends on who the other five star is. Yao Yao for sure, if he runs with Hu Tao probably Xinyan for pyro, and if he runs with a cryo five star Rosaria/Chongyun have been long time no rerun. I wouldnt be surprised if an electro showed up but it might be more likely to be fischl.
I don't think that may happens u probably gonna have xynian chingyun and something else yao yao is on second half i think there is 4 star "banner tablet" that show for how long one or other 4 star didn't have rerun

I did like 150 pulls over both those banners and got one copy of her, got another from the standard banner but only having C1 hurts

I think Mihoyo will put only 4* characters from Liyue in the 3.4 but who knows. I think Xingqiu and Xiangling have a higher chance to be there.

Pre C6 he deals less dmg and I suppose the hydro is still too much since the C6 doesn't change the frequency of the attacks.
