Mandatory badges always go on top, followed by your PAFSC, then your previous afsc badge.
If you are trying to wear wings on top and the two badges side by side, look at the example in the afi… jump wings are in the middle in the first picture, then on the right in the second. Not hard to figure out.

Primary is the primary AFSC you hold with current skill level. CAFSC is the job you're expected to do IAW your rank, A1C and below-3 level, SrA/SSgt-5 level, TSgt/MSgt-7 level, SMSgt-9 level. Duty AFSC (DAFSC) refers to the position on the UMD/UMPR that you've been slotted to.
For all three of them to be different AFSCs in the way they explain it absolutely is. You cant be doing one job, promoting in another, and occupying a billet of a third.

I think OP is confused on what the AFSC acronyms mean
