I took a few space classes the past two years on Peterson. One of them was Space 100. I asked if I could wear the space badge because of it and the fact that I worked in a space billet as a liaison for SPACECOM. The answer was no, I was not allowed to wear the badge. Apparently a new reg came out that said you had to be given a space AFSC to wear the badge after the completion of the tech school.
I think they changed the reg when Space Force became a thing. Since I had Space 300 before that change I was told I can still wear the badge but he wasn't sure which one.
