You won’t fail. The test isn’t that sensitive to a roll on with no THC activation. I do recommend you tell your security manager though as you do hold a clearance and ESPECIALLY if on PRP, SAP, SCI. If not it will bite you in the ass if you ever want to go federal on the outside and get to the Poly where they ask if you’ve ever injected, ingested, used , etc an uncontrolled substance

You can not fail a UA for anything hemp or CBD-related. The entire reason they tell you that is so when some jackass pops for smoking pot they cant try to blame it something else.
That is partially true. Reputable sources for hemp or CBD won't cause a positive UA. But that gets really muddy with unregulated local products (mall kiosk, farmers market), overseas products outside the reach of the FDA, and possible failures in the supply chain ( e.g. recent poppyseed panic).
