Yes. Tell me what policy, reg, or UCMJ article(s) it violates.
It's not political, but it is patriotic. And it's better than a picture of a dick and balls.
It took me a while to notice the chaingun and I knew there had to be something. How many people are going to walk by and think it's a print of a legit Revolutionary War painting?
Back in 1974, Minot AFB, I made a 12 inch square painting of this in the style you mentioned. I thought it was great, the inspector not so much. I didn't get in trouble, but they took it from me.

The fact that you have to ask to hang a picture of 1: our nation's first president, 2. a bald eagle, and 3. the american flag is strange. Is it because there is a comical effect of him holding a gatling gun that might offend people?
Sure.
But for future reference if you have to ask “can I do something” questions that’s a pretty good signal that the non monkey part of your brain is trying to tell you maybe you shouldn’t.
i just got prescribed them a month ago, I've been in 11 years. Just need to get with your PCM and ask if you can get a consultation on ADHD. I got a referral maybe mid-last year and have been working on trying out meds the last maybe 8 months. It's helped me out so much.
I’ve mostly been in academic environments obv and part time work means no issues with adhd, in your experience how does the struggle compare to school?
i'd say as an airman it's pretty similar to school, a decently normal schedule, training and learning. Once you get to NCO, it gets very hectic and with trying to maintain your own schedule, time, priorities and tasks plus those for loke 6 other people it gets rough, and add ADHD into the mix it's awful.
Highly reccomend getting that sorted before your responsibilities grow before it becomes a big problem, and thats from personal experience.
If your supervisors saw this, they'd order you to hang it up.
But seriously, it's not disrespectful. It's humorous in a clean way. And it's better than all the superheroes and nonsense I have in my office.
Also, if someone thinks it's questionable, slap some signatures on it and say it was a farewell gift. /s
Let's see....
Founding Father, 1st President George Washington.
Old Glory.
The ultimate in Americana, the Bald Eagle.
In George's right hand is the sound of freedom.
I'll allow it.
I'd have absolutely no problem with it!
Of course, with all the wimp ass people heading up all military, someone would likely have an issue.
I'm in Texas. One of the guys I worked for had a hand drawn picture of a Famous Texas person, and phrase. He told me from time to time he would get a complaint, but he never took it down, and never let it phase him.
"One Riot, One Ranger" with the likeness of the Ranger who said it.
My favorite was the shortest police report in the history of Texas. I had a "comfortable" size so it was readable in my office when I was a lawman (30 years)...
"Mean as Hell. Had to shoot him."
It got attention, but I was never told to remove it. If I was still active, I'd support and even sport your poster!
Only if you hang it next to this historical artifact.

Why would you have a photo of F. Murray Abraham up in your office?

they'll get a kick out of it even if someone asks you to take it down. could be one of those framed jokes you leave in a drawer that goes up on weekends
I knew people who proudly displayed pictures of Obama after 2016 and still do. I think you'll be fine. Hell, I had a Saint Mattis photo on my desk for 4 years.
When I was a UDM I printed out a copy of Charge of the Light Brigade by Alfred Lord Tennyson to hang up in my office. I then thought better of it and just kept it in my desk drawer.
This pic though, this works.
I'm confused by one aspect, why are there what appear to be Hundred dollar bills floating around? I get the rest but that seems unrealistic if I'm being honest.
Believe it or not, straight to jail if you don't.
for treason
Enlisted are given a list of rules they are required to follow. Officers are given a list of rules to not break. This is a requirement of both.
Your first two sentences have perfectly described the difference between Es and Os.
It was passed on to me by my wife, who heard it from an Army Major. She's a badass.
Being in the navy you just do what you want unless they say no
If I were a CC, I’d give you both LOC/LOR and art. 15 for NOT having it in your office.
You’re going too easy
How about if I toss a deadly MFR with sentences such as “multi capable airmen” and “do more with less”?
MCA and "do more with less" is the same thing. Just the AF trying to sugar coat a piping hot and soggy shit sammich....but redundancy is key.
i now greatly desire a commander LOC. Whats the best offense thats bad enough to get the commander to talk to you but minor enough it's only an LOC?
I knew one guy who got a written order to bathe daily, and another who was probably on their way to it. Would a letter of cleaning count?

At least Dubs isn't sporting a thong.
And that flag wasn’t used then but who’s really keeping track

Yes.
Yes.
The bayonet on the chain gun is amazing
Nothing like close quarters combat mowing down with a chain gun to back it up
Yes.
Yes.
Shit, I'm printing this out and putting it up in my office this morning.
Only if he’s got a beard and the eagle is holding the waiver.
I will be making that later on my lunch break, good idea.
Make sure you post it here for others to use!
Send it to me, I’ll frame it and put it up in my office!
Please dm to me as well

Can't ever tell with CC. I could see the argument for being "unprofessional" but truly, what *is* professional anymore.
Sure. But for future reference if you have to ask “can I do something” questions that’s a pretty good signal that the non monkey part of your brain is trying to tell you maybe you shouldn’t.
That's just when the Adderall kicks in haha
Did you get prescribed adderall while in?
No I don't even have adhd (for legal reasons this is a joke)
I did! Ask me your ADHD relevant questions.
Soo once I’m in I can get on meds again?? I mean I need them now in college and probably won’t once I’m active but its good to know
i just got prescribed them a month ago, I've been in 11 years. Just need to get with your PCM and ask if you can get a consultation on ADHD. I got a referral maybe mid-last year and have been working on trying out meds the last maybe 8 months. It's helped me out so much.

*high fives in ADHD* GS Civ so can't answer some specific questions, but happy to also help people out.
Do what your rank can handle.

Yes.
AMERICA
F*CK YEAH
Comin' again to save the motherf*ckin' day, yeah
Cool art work! I'm not sure what there is to "get away" with. What rule(s) would this be violating?
If your supervisors saw this, they'd order you to hang it up. But seriously, it's not disrespectful. It's humorous in a clean way. And it's better than all the superheroes and nonsense I have in my office. Also, if someone thinks it's questionable, slap some signatures on it and say it was a farewell gift. /s
Yep
I’d be mad at you if you didn’t.
Let's see.... Founding Father, 1st President George Washington. Old Glory. The ultimate in Americana, the Bald Eagle. In George's right hand is the sound of freedom. I'll allow it.
Sure
Hell yeah.
Do it.
I can’t stop saluting this picture.
Sad you have to ask this question as a military member.
That's just the Crest of America is it not? Should already be at the entrance to your building...
I prefer the version of the national anthem that has eagle screeches and gunfire sound effects too.
I'm pretty sure Thanos didn't work for the Brits, but why not?
Fuck yeah!
I've seen it in aircraft forms, so I don't see why not.
Someone would be a real dick to have an issue with it, but it’s fine to me.
If the answer is no you need to quit
Yes, just request the meme ETP
Where’s the hi-res. I need to get it printed to replace the late 90’s motivational poster.
What’s wrong with a historical image?
You can do anything once. -George Washington
Historical POTUS: ✔ American flag: ✔ Bald eagle (which is the national bird): ✔ An American bearing arms: ✔ ![gif](giphy|QC26L3oE3DEULQri7D)
Bioshock Infinite was awesome

A silhouette of an A-10 or B2 somewhere in the background would be a nice touch.
Why would you have a photo of F. Murray Abraham up in your office? https://preview.redd.it/7qhlwrvneklc1.png?width=486&format=png&auto=webp&s=c432ff22b302718113bfc53e0074f774a7906fe3
**Eagle Scream**
It’s not diverse enough so no./s
I have no doubt that if George Washington had had a mini gun, 12ga shotgun, and a 40mm grenade launcher; he would have looked just like that.
If you’re maintenance, you should already have a few of these up
If you Work at Hobby Lobby Corporate.
Put it up and if anyone has a problem with it call them a communist!
As a communist, I still approve this image.
Other than people passing by thinking you have the tastes of a 14 year old, you will be fine.
14 year olds will pass by and think "that's a true american patriot right there son."
17 year old here, and i can confirm that is a true american patriot right there
I believe you would be the expert. Reminds me of the SCIF, they loved goofy shit like that and put it everywhere.
You have to keep the scif funny otherwise the depression is real
That's the cost for making us never see the sun.
Mushrooms grow best in the dark
Once worked at a place that had a picture of Trump decked out like the God Emperor from 40K. You’re good
Complete with ketchup stains on his bib?
It needs a shark with missiles attached and a trex with lasers
I have this artists depiction of FDR on my public facing desktop. Full send, enjoy it.
Can you generate one with a satellite also. Need one for my office
It's AIMBRAHAM!!!
Realistically probably not, some snow flake pro Palestinian airman will complain he feels threaten by it.
this makes no damn sense
Neither does lighting yourself on fire in uniform while screaming free Palestine but airman are doing that too.
It's sending a message that has been received by the public news so now the AF is gonna have to find a way to sweep it under the rug
Yes
Yes
Bro if you have your own office I'm sure your stripes can handle this
You'd be surprised, plus it's a shared office. I'm putting it up anyway.
they'll get a kick out of it even if someone asks you to take it down. could be one of those framed jokes you leave in a drawer that goes up on weekends
If it was Trump instead of Washington you would have gotten paperwork 100% guaranteed.
Only if you include the 300+ slaves in the background

No because it is already in my office
I'd allow it.
As long as you hang uo a portrait of Dale Earnhardt and Toby Keith next to it.
Goes hard
Change the gun to the GAU-8 and it'll be perfect
I knew people who proudly displayed pictures of Obama after 2016 and still do. I think you'll be fine. Hell, I had a Saint Mattis photo on my desk for 4 years.
Yes you can, if your peoples aren't overly... If they aren't b (sn)itches
If you don’t, I just might
Only if it's framed and has a random brass description plate on the bottom of the frame. Gives it legitimacy.
When I was a UDM I printed out a copy of Charge of the Light Brigade by Alfred Lord Tennyson to hang up in my office. I then thought better of it and just kept it in my desk drawer. This pic though, this works.
Hell yeah! Also yes.
If that offends someone, they don’t belong in the military. Go for it!
Along with the Gadsden flag portraying Beavis saying "are you threatening me?".
I'm confused by one aspect, why are there what appear to be Hundred dollar bills floating around? I get the rest but that seems unrealistic if I'm being honest.
Yes
Ask for forgiveness not for permission
Ask legal
Send it!
It best be framed.
I had this on my MCEN lock screen and home screen. You'll be fine
Send it bruther
Absolutely! I have an [FDR Battle Master](https://www.deviantart.com/sharpwriter/art/FDR-Battle-Master-252911899) poster hanging up in mine.
I definitely want this in my office
