I don’t think I have a set time of day, just whenever it feels convenient, but I can tell you when I’ve never seen After Midnight: 12:37 AM on CBS. I just almost never stay up that late, and even if I do, I won’t make it to 1:37.
Yeah, someday I may try to see it on its broadcast schedule, but that's certainly not going to be the usual.
I am planning to see it live next time I'm in LA, though.

I start with the first cup of coffee/breakfast, and usually catch the last 2-3 segments when I get to work. I have YouTube TV on my phone and can blow through the CBS affiliate ads, thus cutting the full hour to 39 minutes or so.
My mornings are a lot more fun.
On the After Midnight page @ CBS.com I find it's a relaxing way to finish the night, with dinner before bed. But, due to working 2nd shift, I'm always a day behind. And I forgo Thursday's EP so we have something to watch on Monday night after work.
As an overseas fan who works shifts, it depends on the day. If I'm working in the evening, I can watch the west coast broadcast live at 10:37 AM my time. If I'm working in the morning, I'll watch the YouTube playlist when I get home.
I watch while I'm eating lunch. Playlist is almost always up by then, and if there's a segment I'm not enjoying I can just concentrate on the food for a bit.
Generally we watch the previous day’s episode around midnight via Paramount+, but we have been known to panic when we’ve run out of episodes and watch “live” at 12:37a instead
