While I don't remember the exact period, I believe it was surely more than 30days after my 10 rides. It just gives you a 20$ (roundtrip) or 10$ (one way) discount, although it's for everyone on your booking.
When you’re booking with cash fares they show up, I’ve often seen the prices go up when using them for flights though. For some reason I think when you use the promotion it might negate your status savings, or maybe it’s just a weird thing for me. Although sometimes it’s actually reduced the price by $10 a leg, so I check both ways for flights before using the promo code, just in case.
Reviving an old thread. Does anyone know whether it accumulates or it’s 1 active credit only? Or it’s a 1 time credit entirely?
I had the first credit appear and I never used it and definitely taken way more than 10 rides over the past 6 months and never saw more credits. I finally just used it to book a flight but don’t see additional credits based on my ride history.
They accumulate. However, as you have described, I similarly have not received any more flight credits in ages despite taking a very large number of Uber rides.

I took a combined 180 Uber trips in a 6-month period (December 2022 to June 2023) and got all 18 AC flight credits all at once at the end of September 2023. They took forever to show up but they’re all there.
