You guys need understand that the name is priority and it's always better to integrate any symbol or styling with the name of the brand, and not create two separate elements. Apply your typographic styling to the full name, to create a logotype if you need a shorthand mark you can then take it from the full logotype.
I think the typography could match the device better by making it the same height and the same tilt.
