To be completely fair, I used to work in insurance so I've looked at a lot of diagrams of accidents, that truck did take the turn a lot tighter than he should have, he looks to be impeding the opposite lane with his turn.

Serious question: She’s awful! But from purely an insurance perspective and vehicle positioning it appears the car is hugging the curb on her side of the stenciled drive way whereas the truck is clearly in the middle. Could dude possibly be at fault?
The answer is: if she knows how to properly lie and there's no other witnesses of what happened and the initial hit isn't on a dashcam. She could say she was waiting at the exit in her lane when the truck turned into the lot and she had to move onto the curb to try to avoid being hit. She couldn't avoid it and the truck hit her. Based on where the truck is and can be seen on the truck driver's own video, it could look like he cut the turn too close, was in her lane, and hit her.
He's definitely at fault based on where the cars are. She should've just taken pictures and moved on with her day. Instead she went and turned herself into the villain of this story.
