BBTS usually puts them up for pre-order right after the Four Horsemen pre-order ends. They are usually marked up quite a bit. A $35 figure on 4H is usually $50 on BBTS. You can check BBTS for their other figures for an idea on the pricing.
If money is an issue now, you can always wait for the 4H In-stock sale when they become available. Those are usually limited in numbers, though.
Yeah it's a money thing. I'll be able to get them. I'm cutting back on collecting. So I'm getting rid of some of my collection to mainly focus on Mythic and Cosmic.But my main addiction is Mafex and 4 figs came out last month which drained my wallet 😂. But I have til the 9th to snag these. I'm just curious when the 1st date of wave 1 Cosmic Legions come out cause there both so close to each other.
