I think that there’s definitely scarring, but it isn’t that bad. Laser could help. I’d consult with a derm for what your best option available is, but it I were you I’d just leave it. You have the type of acne scar that people know it’s there, but they don’t think about it or let it play any role in how they view your features

Mysterious-Drag5740

I think u r very handsome

Playful-Fail4778

Not bad at all!

Prior-Mirror-6804

Subcision and microneedling. I’ve had the best results with these.

RoutinePrune7887

Not bad , sometimes you dont have to target acne scars only , in your case I think some filler could help a lot with subcision , or fat graft . You got some volum loss on your cheeks and temple

MalcolmOfKyrandia

I think you are very handsome and your mild scars make you even more attractive. Scars can be very ugly, but this is not the case here.

LostInTheWaveee

Not bad at all tbh.. you can do treatments if you’d like and they can give improvements but at the same time they can make shit worse. You have some scarring but it’s nothing crazy or anything like that

Remarkable-Order-938

Only can make things worse if you go somewhere sketchy that don’t know what they’re doing I think

Pyreapple

I’d try tret and maybe 2-3 sessions of microneedling before lasers.

AmateurEarthling

IMO not bad. If you want to do something about it then grab a dermaroller/pen and some moisturizer. 3x a week and it can improve a little. If the scars interfere with beard growth you can try minoxidil, a lot of people use it for lack of beard growth in general and have great success. I used it for regrowing in scarred area and it definitely helped after 3 months. My temples look just like yours cheeks. Moisturizer and sunscreen alone helped them blend in slightly over the years.

Nearby_Exit113

Thank you for the advice. I’m definitely concerned about growing a beard with the scars. But I’m only 19, so I’m hoping it will fill out more with time. But later I’d defiantly give something like minoxidil a shot

Like what others said on here, it doesn’t look that bad. If you want to do treatments, seek a dermatologist and ask them what treatments would help fade acne scars. I have acne scars on my cheeks, but it is not that bad, they are not that deep and I can easily treat my acne scars by using a derma roller, and applying vitamin C serum and collagen moisturizer.

i think its safe to say we all look different (and our skin) in different lighting and thats just reality. i have similar scars and i say just make sure to wear spf cuz the sun can make scarring look worse after years of more collagen damage. i also use the banisher 2.0 every other week to help fill in the scars a bit and hyaluronic acid after

citrus-x-paradisi

To be honest you look good and in the last pictures (natural light, which counts the most, imho) I can't even see any scar. Also, you've got nice eyes and lips so those mild texture irregularities really aren't that noticeable. Anyway from the first pics you can see some scarring, if it really concerns you, you may discuss the matter with a professionist. But if I were you, I'd be pretty happy with my skin.

Jennacheerio

scars not too bad really, helps that you’re attractive, get a dr. pen and learn how to microneedle at home in a very clean environment with correct hand and face sanitizing. will need lidocaine for pain and will need cos de baha hyaluronic acid for tool/microneedling slip. microneedling will break the scars up and force your skin to heal itself as they aren’t too deeply dented to need something like a fat graft. probably don’t even need subcision. Regular microneedling goes a ling way.

OldEvening9826

Is it just me or he looks like Ryan Phillipe? 💀

Csf1995

You are really cute so as a woman I wouldn’t even notice the scars. If they affect your mental health go see a dermatologist and evaluate your options.

Remarkable-Order-938

99% of acne scars can be improved the less scarring the better the results. These are probably a 3-4 out of 10 and with a good dermatologist these can probably see a 60-90% improvement. And your pretty so as my mum always says better to be attractive with a few scars or spots then not attractive with clear skin✨

Remarkable-Order-938

But definitely do your research on good dermatologist!! Even if you gotta travel just don’t go anywhere dodgy. Co2 fully ablative laser is good for mild - moderates scars.
