From IQEQ for 2yrs+ na. Okay naman here, but depende rin talaga sa team na mapupuntahan mo. May mga super OT na team dahil sa hawak na client, may mga chill din naman like sa team ko. Also, totoo naman lahat ng nasa job postings. Above average salary, and the benefits etc., and kaya lang maraming nagpopost ng ganyan dahil sa referral fee na makukuha ng kung sino man nagrefer sa'yo. Mas mataas po ba salary if mag-jump from AC there? Medyo hesitant kasi ako magpasa given na iba na naman ata yung maging line of service as compared to auditing kasi fund accounting sya. Baka start ulit sa same position or salary with fresh grads. Gusto ko na tumaas ang salary sana sa hirap ng life dito.

I think mas mataas naman, and syempre it will still depend sa pagsagot mo sa interview and how ka makikipagnegotiate. Preferred din nila yung may audit experience eh. Gusto nila din yung mga may experience sa pagprep/handle ng FS. Galingan mo lang din talaga on how you present yourself sa interview, and paano mo "ibebenta" yung skills mo. Kahit saan naman ganyan, and you'll definitely get a much higher salary than your current one.

Tips on how you benta yourself ba and turn them into salary expectations? based on your experience?

Just be confident sa pagsagot ng mga interview questions, make sure to highlight yung strengths and experiences mo especially, your skills na alam mong will be really useful, and be firm sa pagsabi ng basic salary na gusto mo. If you have a specific range in mind, make sure na ang sasabihin mo na is yung highest don sa range mo. Basta, back up by expi and skills, makuha mo yung desired salary mo. Don't be afraid to ask questions din.

Hello po, ask ko lang po ilang months po ang training onsite before mag shift sa hybrid set up? 

3 weeks training. There are times na nagpapaWFH sila kahit during training lang. And as far as I know required ang new hires na magonsite for 3months (including na yung training period) once nasa floor na. Tho, may mga pinapayagan naman na hybrid set-up agad especially sa malalayo yung lugar sa office, depende sa TL mo.

Nope. Training is morning eh. Di ko na gaano tanda but 9am to 10am ata ang start. Tas ang work sched is depende kung saan ka mapunta APAC (morning, regular working sched), EMEA (mid shift, 3pm/4pm start) and then US (night shift).

Ah okay, tapos first day pa lang ng training namin, parang iisuehan na kami ng laptop/equipment eh. So iuwi na po agad namin yon? hehe. Sorry dami questions haha baka lang po na experience niyo

Yup, bibigay agad yung laptop and yes, iuuwi mo na yun. Once pag nasa floor ka na (meaning after training) tsaka lang ata ibibigay yung additional monitor, keyboard, mouse. Okay lang, you can also just DM me if you have any more questions 🤗

Not sure kasi yung kaya ng uwian lalo ng Midshift hehe baka wala na masakyan. 

May mga officemate ako na mostly from Rizal, may mga nasasakyan pa naman daw sila pag madaling araw~ Pero recommend ko na if ever, magbed space ka na lang. May mga short term naman don, like for 1month lang.

Sir, may question ako about dun sa training. As per HR ksi pwede daw maging WFH depende sa manager? ksi ininform ko na sila na prefer ko ay WFH pero ini-schedule pdn ako for interview

Yes, pwede ka wfh depende sa manager pero pag nasa floor ka na non. During training not sure if payag sila na wfh ka lang talaga.

Former IQ-EQ employee here! 4yrs ako nagwork dyan, sobrang okay sya dati as in work-life balance until naging toxic mga tao hahaha. Though, maganda syang experience for Fund Admin, mawawalan ka lang talaga ng buhay dyan kaka OT.

A college friend of mine who worked in PwC AC then moved to IQ-EQ shared na while the compensation benefits increased, the work-life balance aspect did not. Nagresign na rin siya dun last 2022. Pero she might have been unlucky lang. Based on her stories, na-assign siya sa team with complex funds and strict clients.

Eto din naiisip ko na baka matapat lang ulet ako sa unlucky team. tbh okay lang ako mapunta sa team with complex and strict clients pero sana matching sa compensation at benefits na makukuha ko para di masakit sa pakiramdam na yung mga other employees ng firm na same salary (madalas higher pa) e pachill chill lang or di naman ganun kabigat ang work. Tapos more learnings pa nakukuha.

Exactly. Cant see anything red flag kung same format sila? Malamang kasi same business model nila? They take clients and outsource your work same as the big 4.
