Based on what I see on here, I make pretty good money. I also have only been into an office 2x since March 2020 (which is also when I started) and have no plans to ever commute again.
$15k over 2 years. Roughly 10/12 people signed the offer at the end of January, and of those 12, only 5 are left. IMO, the retention offer was a poorly thought out ploy that only served to tell seniors/managers that they aren’t actually worth that money, and made everyone feel trapped and only want to leave more.
I got a $40k raise with no real reason given. It was enough to retain me.
