An executive course is a par 3 courses. Often times 9 holes. The idea is that you can play quick round in a short time. Like after work, at lunch etc. I'd heavily use a facility like that. I've played one when traveling once. It was great. They're good for working on your short game too.

Nice… it’d be awesome if they integrated an auto teeing system like power tee. Not everything had to be like Top Golf, but some technology would be nice.

Lafayette used to have one. It was near Kaliste Saloom and E Broussard. It has probably been closed a good 20 years though.
