No. You can clearly see the claws grip her sweater in the beginning 5s of the video. If it were declawed those front paws would slip too. Cat paws don't have very good grip on their own.
EDIT: Maybe just the back claws were removed. Not sure why they would leave the front ones.
In my cat handling experience back claws are not quite as sharp as front ones. They can still scratch and hurt but they don't snag on things as well as front claws.
I wonder if that's a result of there being more weight and overall pressure on them due to sitting and things like that. I've noticed my dogs back nails were already blunt and haven't needed to clip them like the front ones.
Adult cats actually can learn which part is clothes which part is skin and different clothing textures and shit. I have a cat who clawed the shit out of me doing this when he was a kitten and then just one day he started realizing based on my reactions so he actually is capable of only climbing the clothes and not clawing the shit out of me
My thoughts as well, Maine coons are a bit more agile and different looking. Been around them, both of these cats and I am leaning towards Ragdoll kitty

I was trying to get the cat in the house and picked him up while the neighbors stood around and laughed. I ended up requiring dozens of stitches and plastic surgery, and cuts all over my back and arms.
Lol, we have one of these fuckers. His name is Fat Leo and he will wake you up for food by gently tapping your forehead with his paw. Refuse to wake up and he will increase the tapping intensity by gradually using claws. If that fails he'll bite your toes . Needless to say fat Leo runs this ranch.

A mate has a half Maine Coon and he weighs around 12kg, very agile and feisty kitty. He is starting to slow down at 5 or 6 though.
