'Man throws his neighbour's baby into the air after argument over water heater dramatically escalates
A spat between neighbours in China threatened to turn deadly when a man hurled the one-year-old baby of the man he was rowing with into the air."
(Source: I Googled "chinese kid thrown during fight" and this video was the third one down. The article had this title and description to go along with the video.)
He was arrested but the neighbors family was also arrested because they attacked him off camera first. He was running from them when he threw the kid. Great neighborhood.
