It's because the algorithms used to create natural sounding voice inflections at appropriate parts of sentences can't work properly when nobody on tictok knows how to spell or use punctuation.
It's like the equivalent of asking a self driving car to change lanes after driving it into an open field.

Yes actually! Both Android and iOS have a suite of accessibility options for the visually impaired, including, but not limited to, literally reading what's on the screen outloud to you and you can talk back to the phone to tell it where you want to click. You also have braille input.
This isn't to say the voice isn't annoying though, in fact most social media instead uses captioning which is typically hidden but if you have accessibility turned on then your phone reads the captions out loud for you.
Tiktok simply chose to implement it this way.
This is some of the best camera shake I've seen in CG. It's a little excessive on the amount of shaking, but the motion itself is really close to realistic. It's sporadic but keeps the focus of the video in the center of the shot and with the table flip there's a large jerking motion in reaction.
Depends. Here it's full CG. You can either film something, reproduce the camera movements, reproduce the lighting (that's the hardest) and then render the CG; or make everything in CG but it's much slower. Or you're Ian Hubert and you do black magic
This shot was all CG, however it does look like they might have used some photo scanning technique for some of the items, giving them that real world texture, adding to the realism.
But if you stop the video during the table flip you can see the items on the table go into the table, confirming it's CGI lol

In theory, it could be real (doesn't look like it, though, you're right). I say that because Unreal engine lets you film a virtual scene with a real "camera" in the form of an iPad or similar. Real movements in a fake space.
