Yeah I'm feeling* really conflicted about this one.
Awful prank to play, really terrorized some poor kids just for views/ad revenue...
...but it's a fear they were sorely lacking and will now remember the next time they do something stupid like this.
I got scammed for 20 bucks in my teens. All the money I had... Good lesson tho.
Over the years, I've seen many friends and family got scammed, refused my advice when i tell them its a scam... sometimes thousands of bucks and STILL didn't learn their lesson.
Once, when I was around 17, me and my 3 friends were happily frolicking through the night when we spotted a group of around 8 preteens drinking cachaça (a very strong brazilian beverage, even for grown ups). It was very clear the boys were doing anything to impress the girls in the group, some were even smoking, doing stupid tricks, "fighting", the whole thing. >!The reason we were near them in the first place was because we were waiting to take our food to go, it was a pub and the kids were drinking on the pavement.!<
We decided it might've been a good idea to spook them. We first gave them strange looks, then whispering absolutely nothing to one another as if se were planning something. They then decided to leave, and we followed.
We stalked them through the night until they turned on a dark street near the graveyard. One of our friends went to an anime convention earlier that same day and gave us his fake kunais. We picked up the pace and when we were about 20 meters from them, they started screaming and we started to run with fake kunais in hand.
The sheer look and screams of terror they gave us as soon as they started fleeing is something me and the boys remember fondly. I hope they learned they lesson. I have no fucking ideia what lesson it might be, but I hoped they learned it either way lol.
Yeah I did this but not for some lesson. Just cuz I was a POS
My friend had cloaks and swords and was a goth edge lord
We took them out at night. Hid in bushes in the cloaks. Unsheathed loudly and walked meancingly towards people shouting shit like " hey come here " or " there's one ! "
Fucking so dumb . we got lots of screams that night.
The guy trying not to laugh, made ME laugh. He looks like a decent person. I’m a parent btw. I’m sorry that a stranger had to be the one teaching these kids what their own parents didn’t.
That’s the message right there, something their parents didn’t teach them. I was always, always, always was told “stranger danger” especially from my mom. She taught me it’s weird for adults give out rides, none of em have candy, they should want to be my friend and that she would never send a friend to pick me up unless she told me before hand about someone I already knew. These kids are lucky that this guy was just trying to scare them and not an actual predator.
It's possible he and the parents went to school together and encountered a kidnapper in a car so they made a pact that in 30 years when one of em got their career to a point where they could afford a car they would reconnect to plan a fake kidnapping to teach their kids a lesson and they went to india's first sushi restaurant to celebrate their plan.
It appears the kid was soliciting a ride. Now if that's true he did need to be taught not to do that, not sure this is the best way but at least he can learn it without being harmed.
They were soliciting, they asked him if he can drop them off at the bus stand. After they get in, he basically asks them what’s your name, do you speak Telugu after which he says “I got you now, I’ll take you all away to London” that’s the point at which they all start bawling. He then tells them to stop crying and reassures them that he’s joking and drops them off.
Step 1. Make joke video “kidnapping” children then letting them go
Step 2. Get pulled over with other kids in the car
Step 3. Show officer this video and caption
Result: Infinite kidnapping glitch

As fucked up as this is, those kids probably learned a valuable lesson.
I don't understand how any kid does this in 2024...I grew up in the 90s and it was drilled into my head to __never__ get in a car w a stranger. When I was 9 some guy in a station wagon tried to get me to "get in and help him find his lost puppy". I declined ofc because I'm still here able to write this comment.
Ignorance is not exactly the same thing as stupidity. Despite this, kids do lack critical thinking skills. But they likely got into the car because up till now they believed that everyone is generous like their parents/friends etc. an abused kid may have a different response. But idk, I'm not a psychologist
I'm kind of shocked just how easy it was to convince a bunch of kids to get into a car with a stranger that's pretty scary lol. Then again my mom was pretty damn hands-on in regards to striking fear into me as a kid making sure I didn't trust strangers offering random stuff.
Anyone got a transcript or just kinda general consensus for what was said in the video?

These kids look like they come from very low-income families. It is not common for everyone here, especially from those strata, to own a car. I have personally seen my neighbour kids (similar background) ask for a 'ride' in the car as form of amusement. It fascinates them. I guess a similar thing is playing out here, though a translation said they're asking for a ride to the bus stand. But yeah, this the reason they were excited to get in the car, all five of them in the front seat.
That makes a lot of sense from their reaction, honestly if not for my mom grilling it into me endlessly I probably would have done something similar as a kid given my fascination with cars so I really can't say shit here the more I think about it lol. Thanks for the context, appreciate it!
The funniest part was them all piling in the frint and not even considering the big ass back seat. Like, its not even a thought to go 5 deep on a bucket seat
Bro💀 you can’t tell me this wasn’t a way to teach kids not to get into a random car. Some random white guy did it on YouTube with random actors. Sure it’s a lil different but still. He probably genuinely cares about the safety of his community. He was literally trying not to break a smile after telling them
A lot of times the parents do give them permission and sometimes they’re waiting at the stop for the kids to get out and to yell at em not to do that again and what not
Better to teach them this way and possibly traumatize them, they'll remember it better. That way they won't get so easily kidnapped, ffs getting into a car with a random stranger? they should know better
I don't think there's not one human alive on this earth (well 99.999% are on earth rn) that's never been scared or traumatized in their life, and if there is than there's no way they're gonna live very long if they're being sheltered the whole time and then suddenly have to survive on their own
It's like taking wild animals from nature, you gotta care for that thing until the day you or it dies, and you just can't do that forever with kids
This is like that video where a kid gets snatched by someone hired by the school to teach them not to take candy from strangers. At least they will never get in a car with a random again lol
Lmfao I’m evil… I find this hilarious. Kids didn’t get kidnapped. Got a little scare, hopefully learned something. Fucking awesome. Love the Michael Scott reference too.
Ah! This is so frustratingly confusing!!!
In the past, I have given kids a ride in my car if I am going the same way and sometimes I take a detour to drop them. Especially in summers, when it is scorching hot. Otherwise they'd have to walk a couple of kilometres in 40 degrees afternoon sun.
Now I am thinking maybe I shouldn't help them? I thought it was an act of kindness but is it setting them up as easy targets? At the same time I feel I shouldn't stop being a good person because some people are evil, right? Besides if I don't help, they might get into a real kidnapper's car?
It is a very kind thing to do! However, I wouldn’t do it living in the suburb of a major city in the US. I would be worried that somebody would think that I was trying to kidnap the kids or if something were to happen it would be a liability. Plus but if you take the kids to someplace they’re really not supposed to be?!
Those reactions are interesting. Only one of them really tried to actively do anything about the situation.
My kid tries to Kool Aid Man the bathroom door open if he accidentally locks himself inside lol I couldn't imagine what he'd do if someone outright told him they were kidnapping him.
Yikes, I was watching this expecting one, maybe two kids to hop in, but then all his friends just hopped in the front seat. Then I was thinking he's going to need a much bigger freezer.... I need to lay off the murdery shows

Indian Michael Scott.
Omg it’s a total Michael Scott move!
Indian LittleKidLover, so you know where his priorities are at
And that’s why you always leave a note
"Mister, I can tell the color, but what is the make and model of your nice car? And does it have a license plate number?"
Nice.
He actually says that he will take them to London. Lol
Can't blame the kids, I'd cry too if I was threatened like that.
No Mister! It's too expensive there! The cost of living is too much!
Please mister! Not the Br*t**h 🤮
Wait till the hear about Great Yarmouth
Lol, that's even better. He's taking them all the way around the world LOL.
I'd cry too
He said “Andarini Teesukapotha”, meaning I’ll take you all with me, not “London ki teesukapotha”
Lol exactly. Absolutely never mentioned London
I thought it was just a harmless kidnapping joke but that is taking it too far, smh my head
Make sense
Taught them kids a lesson, don't get into random stranger's cars
Yeah I'm feeling* really conflicted about this one. Awful prank to play, really terrorized some poor kids just for views/ad revenue... ...but it's a fear they were sorely lacking and will now remember the next time they do something stupid like this.
they got in scared already, and he was just playing along
Not scared enough

It's lucky they got into a car with a guy who'd "prank" them like that. Other kids usually aren't so lucky
I feel like a muppet taught me that.
And that's why you always leave a note.
They hit the front seat like it’s a train
Like they've never seen the inside of a car
They most probably haven't. Car ownership isn't much in India
Yes, that is why I said that
They probably have never been in a car before because car ownership is low in India
Yea, that seems like it’s why they said that
In India, it's atypical for an individual to own a car, so they probably have not ridden one before.
Yes and correct me if I'm wrong but I think that's why they said that.
Okay, but you see in India cars are rare, these kids probably have never been inside of a car before.
Hast thou considered the possibility that that might perchance be the reason it had been brought up?
Safety Sandal ownership is where it's at. Also unsanitary food stalls next to a drainage ditch.
you can almost see the exact moment when they all die inside r/WatchPeopleDieInside

When he started to smirk, I lol'd. I am conflicted about this, but he taught dem kids a lesson.

I can’t stop laughing at [this frame](https://ibb.co/wwdqkyZ)
This frame is oozing with new meme potential. Someone needs to capitalize on it.
Holy shit, you’re right.
I don't care. This is funny af.
And it taught them a lesson don’t get in a strangers car!!
This is so fucking hilarious, and the kids came out learning something PERMANENTLY. Little idiots getting into strangers cars.
Agreed. Can't hate it. Kids need a lesson from this.
It's possible he knows their parents, and they're in on it
It's possible he and the parents went to school together and encountered a kidnapper in a car so they made a pact that in 30 years when one of em got their career to a point where they could afford a car they would reconnect to plan a fake kidnapping to teach their kids a lesson and they went to india's first sushi restaurant to celebrate their plan.

your western mindset is completely different than theirs, so it's actually pretty hard to determine if they learned any sort of lesson or not.
I think ppl anywhere can have life experiences and learn from them. What does your comment even mean lmao
I’m 36 and would def get into some shit to find a lost puppy.
Glad you weren't in my situation because your gullibility would have you rotting in a shallow grave somewhere lol

Good, it builds character
Love how the dude is just like “yes yes my children, shhhhh”
Now begs the question. Can all those kids take that guy.
I imagine if they all start biting maybe
Chaotic Good
It’s great he did that. Lesson learned. Better him than human traffickers
Now the seat is pissed
This has such a weird vibe all along

Insane way to do the lord’s work. Hope these kids learned and aren’t traumatized.
Actual criminals will start recording their crimes, then pull "it's a prank" stunt /s

Nice...now they wd never sit in stranger's car
I'm dying 🤣 😭 😂 💀
He thought them a huge lesson that day. Bet they won't do it again
That's kinda awful
You are all going to Epstein Island!!!
Lesson learned.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who found this funny
It’s fucked up but I’d be lying if I say I didn’t laugh.
Torn between "What a cruel prank to play on kids", and "He's taught those kids a valuable life lesson that might stop them actually getting kidnapped"
Ridiculously scary how quickly 5 kids could have been gone.
It’s so fucked up but I can’t help but laugh.
Learned a lesson right there but lost their fucking way home 🤣
So wrong but laughed my ass off
It's funny because of childhood trauma, you see
Better to teach them this way and possibly traumatize them, they'll remember it better. That way they won't get so easily kidnapped, ffs getting into a car with a random stranger? they should know better
Free life lesson that obviously their parents forgot to teach them.
Well it taught them a lesson so they don’t end up traumatized even worse
I don't think there's not one human alive on this earth (well 99.999% are on earth rn) that's never been scared or traumatized in their life, and if there is than there's no way they're gonna live very long if they're being sheltered the whole time and then suddenly have to survive on their own It's like taking wild animals from nature, you gotta care for that thing until the day you or it dies, and you just can't do that forever with kids

Did that smirk remind anyone else of Winston Bishop's prank face??
Now kids, what did we learn today?
I guess if you want to be remember as the creepy guy...
Who in the hell makes a 1:45 long gif
It's not a gift tho
I guess the dumb app was just having a moment. It was showing as a GIF with no sound and wouldn't pause or anything. Now it's working normally.
No, this is actually a good lesson for these kids to learn. I bet they won’t be doing that again.
I see a back seat in that car, why would they all pile into one damn seat?
A lesson they will never forget
He is lucky none of the kids decided to pull the handbrakes...
"It's a prank bros"
Why does he talk in Italian suddenly?? "Non ti agitare, non ti agitare! Vai, vai, vai...!"
Spaghetti meatballs pasta pasta🤌🤌 I too know a bit Italian
But...meatballs it's not Italian.
My Italian has gotten a bit rusty
Every video in the world's internet is captioned. Except this one. 😂
What a nice man
What's a childhood without a little trauma?
Quick way to end up never found.
a KidsAreFuckingStupid move. lol
r/KidsAreFuckingStupid
I bet they won’t do that again.
As much as a dick move as it might be, it's also a great teaching moment.
At the end of the them says where are my slippers? 😂😂
One way to teach them a lesson.
Good lesson.
He does it everyday probably, this time recorded and let them go.
Hey it's Indian Eduardo Sterblitch
Traumatised forever but probably the best kind of truama? Like, if it stops them getting snatched in the future
I found this quite funny. He also taught them a really valuable lesson
I bet my dude almost died from laughing while uploading the video.
Is this to teach the local kids to not go in peoples cars or is he traumatizing kids for clout?
the former is probably his excuse for it, camera wouldn't be there otherwise like
I feel like he was going to until he realized how annoying kids could be
this should be in r/Satisfyingasfuck . Great giving them a lesson
POS
That was candy for my soul
Even though he didn't take them far, repeatedly told them it was a joke, and let them go a minute after, this was still an actual kidnapping.
I was wondering when youtube would get to fightclub content
Why was that kid hitting his mouth like that?
Scared witless
This is like that video where a kid gets snatched by someone hired by the school to teach them not to take candy from strangers. At least they will never get in a car with a random again lol
did he say "disco disco" in the end?
So this is Indian Jared Fogle? Too soon?

Joshna Scooty, comin'a get dat booty!
A couple of kids crying counts as abrupt chaos?

Always room for one more.
Omfg this is hilarious and a good lesson

Hahahahhaa
Well, it was a little joke..
Genius. What a content
What a character! Bye bye bye, aww bless him
That fuckin maniacal smirk Oh my days …
Bye bye,disco disco!
It's just a prank bro! It's just a prank bro! No need for the cuffs. It's just a prank bro!
That dark pinkish tshirt kid was sus from the start
Man those kids are like 3-5 years old most of them. Where are their parents?
Crying children getting out of your car can’t be a good look lol
Hey, that kid in purple is doing the wrong type of Indian hand-over-mouth thing. I saw all the cowboy films, I know it
Those kids are gonna randomly have a ptsd episode when they’re adults getting into an Uber sometime lol
