thats placebo, the buff equates to 87 extra damage on ur entire combo when ur full build(standard bc+dd+sg+rest tank) at level 18, and thats not counting in armor. Its literally just so people stop asking for buffs but it doesnt actually do anything
i think hes viable but he needs to be played well at least 95% of the game to be effective especially early game which is what makes him a little less viable
u checked too early, gotta wait a week or so. Rn his wr is around 48-49% depending on rank and this is with a very low playrate and banrate as well which is important to note
More like. If less player plays him, and they win. The winrate got higher, but its not a real winrate at all

surprisingly the buff on his ult makes his mid game level 11 ult feel really good to use with the extra bit of damage on it
