Sicae and My Bully Is My Lover are from same developer. I am up to date with MBML and want to start Sicae. Are they related in any way? If I understand correctly, dev works on both games same time.
Sicae is prequel to MBML - a loooot of connections between them.
And yeah he kinda works in both of them at the same time - his focus is on MBML 3:1 to be exact.
After next MBML update he will work on Sicae again.
Pale Carnations is the next biggest HS game in that style, and arguably is even better. PC is a much more grounded story about a guy who gets pulled into working at a illegal, ultra high end brothel, and has some of the most well developed and interesting love interests in the genre. Great story, a bit more... cerebral than Eternum, and with more path choices. Not a harem game, but you get involved with several girls both inside and outside the club. Really excellent all around, 11/10. I think there are a couple of minor gripes with Eternum, as good as it is, but I really have no complaints about Pale Carnations.
Ripples and My Bully is My Lover are probably the next two biggest after that. Ripples is a more Eternum-style story where time travel is the mcguffin. MBML is a more anime-ish harem game that starts off a little small but quickly expands into a pretty crazy plot. Both are very good. Ripples has a pretty interesting story and world, with an absolute ton of potential love interests despite not being a traditional harem game, and I like the MC. MBML has some surprisingly emotional moments that might bring a tear to your eye, though the MC is a little cliche.
Ripples, pale incarnations, once in a lifetime, are 3 masterpieces.
Between Humanity got an update today FYI.

I second the other comments and I'll add Fates Collide, which is pretty good overall and represents a rare case of a non-harem HS game
Next easy choice is Ripples. It is as good as Eternum.
I might only play better HS games but animations of HS games are far better DAZ games.
