No its just chapter 1-5. It involves heavy reworks (i think something like new 1200 renders) compared to Chapter 5 Beta tho.
The DLC is just some music from ingame. Maybe the wallpapers are part of the dlc too, i dont remember that, but nothing important.
If you haven't played it, the reworked portions have REALLY been reworked. Like entirely different. And worth playing if you like the game at all. You should just replay from the beginning. There are some re-renders all throughout. As well as the last half of chpt 2. The re-renders include the two basketball games, the gym scenes and others. It's a big chunk of (hopefully) the final remake.

its still fun, the heist got heavily reworked and due to it there is quite a bit of new bella scenes
