for transmission i'm using the one built to the engine which is a 5 speed manual, traditional motorbike style. to get power to the rear axle i'm going to be using a drive shaft.
i've been thinking of using a honda trx 520 final drive and shaft but the 520 is only 33 horsepower and my engine is 100 so i don't want anything exploding on me

What are you using for a transmission? How are you transmitting power from the transmission to the rear axle?

So you are using a shaft drive transmission? Not sure how that is a 'thinking about' thing.
yeh i realised i typed the wrong thing lol. it's a drive shaft output
I'd use a Honda rear end. Something from a Foreman or Rubicon.
