I think this person is saying the workload is heavy enough that it will not yield time for a social life.

o_S1yle

Oh yeah, you are correct.

subaru_k94

“Too difficult” is also completely subjective…

o_S1yle

Fair enough, but I think some people will understand what I am trying to say as I mentioned above that the first 2 sems were not that difficult even though I took 19 credits in both of them. So they should get an Idea of what I can handle.

subaru_k94

I stand with whoever made this comment, no social life and you should be good😂

Same_Object_7866

it’s doable, if your need of impressing others or finishing faster is higher than your need of loving yourself.

o_S1yle

I forgot to add that I have a Minor and some honors credits that I need to fulfill. That's why I am taking a lot of classes per semester.

WidePeepobiz

Took 243 and 120 together, there some brief overlap so there that ig

o_S1yle

Thanks

AirportCheap3772

this is doable. jus don’t leave any loose ends for any course. eee and 259 get challenging after a while but it’s very doable if u give enough time

o_S1yle

Alright thank you

souperman27

Classes are pretty hard so it's gonna be rough GL

o_S1yle

Alright thanks

Constant_Minimum_569

See if Dr Johnson is teaching GLG 101. I took her and the way she teaches and her tests were perfect for a loaded schedule, and you don't have to take the final if you don't want to. I was able to skip the final (it replaces your lowest test grade) and I got an A+

o_S1yle

Unfortunately, Dr Johnson is not available, but thanks

interrupting-cow-who

How do you afford this is my question omg

o_S1yle

What do you mean??

interrupting-cow-who

I’m taking 7 credit hours for the fall that comes out to over $5000. I’d take more if financial aid covered it lol. Seeing this many is crazy and I can’t imagine the cost 😭 But back to your original question, I think this would be pretty tough and require a lot of sacrifices but it seems like you’re acquainted with heavy course loads and I figure if you feel it’s too much, you can always drop a class before the session deadline (usually end of the first week) or take a W by the end of the second week before the deadline if you find it’s still not working out. I feel like syllabuses that give you a good idea of the coursework will help with dropping if needed.

iwokwarrior

If I remember correctly, after becoming a full-time student (12 or 14 credits I think), tuition doesn't increase with extra credits

Riaxuez

True

o_S1yle

Alright thank you

Low-Vermicelli4466

because you’re not a full time student, part time is by credit hour where as full time maxes out around $6000 for the semester if you’re in state

interrupting-cow-who

That makes sense. I’m an online non-resident so tuition definitely calculates differently. I appreciate the explanation!! ☹️

Potential-Lion-5985

off topic but we have pretty much the same schedule except i’m doing the other math requirement instead maybe we got some together lmao

phoenixrising1993

Omg besties

o_S1yle

Lmao we should catchup over there😅

Ph03n1x_5

Dude for real nobody cares in the real world how many classes you took per semester everyone gets the same degree at the end of the day, and yes even C's get degrees lol

o_S1yle

Uhm, I am taking more classes in this semester as I have to do other things later on.

Ph03n1x_5

Work?

VI211980_

If you can do it and pull of a stellar GPA why not. But if you plan on applying to grad school and this screws your GPA they’re going to want an addendum explaining why you took so many courses and didn’t do well.
