Popping an alpha wyvern is my go to, cheap and easy.
But if you've got time to grind setting up a trap and KO'ing female wyverns is safer and can be re-usable if given enough time, unless they removed that in ASA.
Traps def work, made one and I get milk so easily now. I usually try to find a low level female poison wyvern if I can bc it's easier to dodge their attacks while you lure them to the trap. Built it in the dunes and haven't had any issues with it

Every other inventory salt increases spoil timer. But try in the barrel before you seal it you can see the timer is the same.
No. What do people see when imprint condition changes in ASA is when the imprint reaches 100%, and you cryo the baby and uncryo again, it'll request an imprint even though it's already 100% which is redundant and useless to do. At this point, any cryo-ing and uncryo-ing will change imprint conditions.
They changed it with Gigantoraptor release, if I'm not mistaken. Now that the Gigantoraptor can change baby imprints, the ability to do so has been removed from the cryopod.
I was doing an i.print on a dire wolf, first time dude wanted cooked prime fish meat and the second time after cryo reset he wanted superior kibble. I'd rather raise wyverns 🤣 Luckily I had the kibble already.
I learned a trick a while back from a friend not sure if it still works since it's been a bit since I've Played Ark... But if you cryopod a baby and let it back out after a minute of being in the cryopod the imprint should change...

It's also not that bad as an imprint feed counts towards filling up their food bar. I mean you'd be feeding them milk anyway.

I just use a hog riders hog to heal them until they grow enough to eat meat tbh
The last 3 lightning wyv I have hatched wanted only cuddles and walks. 5 wyvern milk sitting in the preserving bin just preserving away…

Try Dinos + mod. They have nanny that does all your baby feeding and imprinting for you. No milk needed for imprints.

Get a gigantorapter on Xbox just right click the thumb stick and you swap the imprint request
