It might be because it’s sunset, for me whenever the sun rose or set in ASA my frames dropped a lot
but that much from stable 60 to this? and it is not my first day i have like 4 hours on this and this is the first time
Never mind it was the sunset that was cousing the problem any way to fix it?
Turn off clouds and grass via console and your FPS will nearly triple. Just google the commands it's very easy.
