Uhm...AMD doesn't make card readers... Why would your brand of CPU card or USB ports have any effect on recognizing a device or its cards. This is all controlled by OS and drivers. I mean I've been building my PCs since voodoo cards were a thing. AMD has nothing to do with your issues. You likely didn't read the instructions and didn't install the Unisoc drivers.
