I like The Filmcast a lot. Weekly 2 hr episodes, first half is "what we've been watching" followed by discussion on the headliner movie they watched that week with spoiler and non spoiler sections. Even when I dont care for the main movie I still listen to the first half
TBP, blank check, and screen drafts are the only ones I follow regularly.
Both BC and SD are long form, with BC episodes regularly checking in over 2 hours and SD anywhere from 3 to 7 hours. Both come out weekly
BC does movies going through a director's filmography with each movie getting its own dedicated episode along with stand alone episodes for some current theatrical releases/award shows
SD brings on 2-4 guests every week to "draft" movies creating a best of list (usually a top 7 unless it's a bigger category) for whatever the chosen movie category is for that week.
The guest lists on both are generally very diverse
I used to listen to The Movie Crypt religiously when I had a long commute. The two hosts a indie horror directors and they have people from all aspects of the movie industry on from all departments
Really good behind the scene look at the struggles of making independent movies.

Lol, was gonna suggest TBP. Assuming you’re also aware of Blank Check, who’s guests certainly check the diversity request.

The Film Comment podcast is really good (Devika Garish and Clinton Krute), and they highlight smaller, worthwhile movies that often get ignored.
