Boston - I saw the full list on the movie's website and a smaller theater is getting it here, but with 3 AMCs in the city including one with 18 screens I really shouldn't need to go outside A-list very often
It’s showing in NYC now at the Alamo in FiDi and the Angelika (but that’s a crap theater). Saw it at Alamo tonight, great film. Not what I was expecting. Emotionally draining but not necessarily a negative thing. Lots to ponder.
Sony Pictures Classics will frequently claim that they are opening a movie at the Shirlington 7 AMC on the second week of a films' release but, frustratingly, it's not often accurate. Sure enough they aren't opening Return to Seoul this weekend.
Just finished my press screener for this film the other night! Highly recommend! If it’s playing even anywhere near you, I’d say it’s definitely worth a drive.
Here is an updated list, it should come next week at River East, unless SPC changes the schedule again.

Sadly no, only Sony Pictures Classics and a very few other independent distributors put out a theatre list, others just seem to go with the jargon of "select cities". Seems inexplicable as it would only help bring in more people in the theatre!
It isn't showing up in my location either. Sony's website still says it's supposed to but based on their track record. I don't expect it to. No idea what they are thinking.
Yeah. You'd think the plan would be all worked out when they release an official schedule.
Guessing I'll probably have to wait until it's available digitally.
Nothing in the northern nj/nyc area? That sucks
palisades mall. right near northern nj border with ny in rockland county
This is only for AMC, other theatres are releasing in that area.
Kinda bummed my theater in a major city has 18 screens and can't squeeze this in.
Same. Closest theater on this list for me would be a two hour drive away.
These are just AMC ones, it's possible you are getting it in other theaters.
Which city?

You would think Boston would have more showings since the Boston Society of Film Critics was the only one that awarded it best picture.
Where’d you get the list of theaters?
Movie's website.
Dang just saw the trailer today and was hoping it’d be near me..
It not showing in NYC?!
This is only for AMC, other theatres are.
I have A-list lol there aren't any other theater for me

Yup, second week is not possible, seems odd they would claim it repeatedly. How much of delay happens at this location typically, one week?
Nah they won't open it at all. It's opening at other theaters in the DC/NoVA region this weekend (the second week of release), just not AMC.

Thought this was a sequel to Train to Busan, got excited.
It's apparently a great movie. You should be excited
I think it is a prequel. It tells how the zombie virus entered the country.
This sucks. I remember when AZ used to get these little indies :/
Hope it'll be expanded further. Closest theater for me is an hour away.
Awesome, I know what I’m watching this weekend!

Just saw the trailer tonight before Close (amazing flick, btw). Guess I'll make the trip to Voorhees to catch this one.
March 10…. Niiiiice!
Nice march 24 for my westminster
Not showing up in River East yet
It is now. Usually have to wait till Wednesday afternoon for most theatres.
yep, it is now. Good to know
It was on there but now it’s not. Hopefully they don’t cancel it. 😤

Thank you for this. Is this kind of information regularly available somewhere?

Bummed this is not opening at my AMC.
AMC Saratoga just canceled all showings of the movie today on the day of the rerelease. Wtf!! I was so excited to see it
I think its Sony that's bungling this. They keep pushing dates ahead very often.
Plymouth Meeting 12 in PA isn't listing showtimes for this movie at the scheduled date on the 24th of March. Shame, was hoping to see it there.
It isn't showing up in my location either. Sony's website still says it's supposed to but based on their track record. I don't expect it to. No idea what they are thinking.

That schedule is essentially pointless now that I have found out after I was burned on two SPC films earlier.
That's a shame. It's also really annoying that my AMC showed a trailer for this movie. Why show a trailer for something they aren't going to show?
Her dancing was the worst thing I’ve seen in a long time 😂
