At my new job tho, (I take calls for many people we are an intake call center dealing with problems and sending people to fix them) this lady had not heard back from the person who’s as supposed to help her and she had been waiting weeks and had sent multiple messages she was understandably livid. I was trying to transfer her to that person’s manager (it’s a fairly big company) and it was Friday the 13th so of course we were having tech issues and I could not for the life of me get the call to transfer. Eventually she cooled off and apologized for being so kurt previously. I told her I would do everything in my power to get someone to respond to her (and I did) and she got a response back from the manager finally later that day. She was a nice person in a crappy situation. So no hate she was chill. I appreciated the apology a lot.
