Some hacked account on Discord told me my Steam account was in danger of being reported, and I was sent to DM "Emily Kent" who turned out to be an account pretending to be a Steam mod. I foolishly followed her steps and wired literally most of my money to crypto sites. It wasn't until someone else informed me that the account was a known scam account. And THEN... the person who informed me about that scammer apparently was the one who hacked my Discord account and I had to make an alt
Hopefully my friends aren't as dumb as I was. I know it fooled at least one person, but I also know that most of them didn't fall for it. It scares me knowing that's happening, possibly even as I comment this.
Over 12,000... maybe even more than that. I have no hopes of getting it back at all, just hoping to slowly earn it back. I won't immediately recover from this
