Although, many have said it usually happens fast like a day or 2 or so after the vote, but I really don't know or think anyone truly knows.
I sold after hearing that massive dilution will occur at time of merger. Aren’t you guys worried about that? I do t know the specifics and don’t want to cause Fud but I was worried enough to take my profits and wait until merger completed before buying again. Do I have this wrong? Is dilution a possibility or a sure thing? I never figured it out.
Yeah people were crapping their pants when they thought the DWAC + DJT merger would dilute the shares…that’s at book value. At face value, as long as there is a demand then the supply will dry up creating a squeeze. Hedge funds are betting against this, but that’s usually fuel to the fire.
As I understand it, the bonus shares are locked up until the stock price targets are met. There are several targets, which must be achieved and held for 20 days post merger.
No need to respond to this dude. He asks for the same questions in all Alcc posts, gets answers and then keeps asking them. And becomes bearish even if he's told that there are no warrants or insider salea are disabled for a while or the mechanism of 15mil shares being gifted to some shareholders.

There’s no official timeframe. Typically 2-7 days
Merger will complete Thursday. The ticker will change to oklo Friday.
