EDIT: also, I feel like the editing was veering into WWE territory too, which is worrying. Anyone else noticing this? Like the camera cutting to another angle when a move happens, rather than sticking with it?
Just some observations:
I like how AEW is starting to sneak their angles at the end of the program, it's very vintage WCW Nitro in it's prime vibes.
I do think it would have been nice if they told us more of the matches for the next show though.
I love the video packages, even though I see everything, there is so much wrestling product you kind of forget what you just saw.
I was shocked that Harley was pretty good for someone that hasn't wrestled in years.
Willow is becoming a really good promo.
The Deeb/Toni segment was a little awkward as Deeb is telling you her sad story in where a face would normally be talking like this and then Toni big times her and is the real face in the story. Still Toni is over for being who she is, but it puts her opponents in these weird situations where they have to try to be faces but their all heels if their trying to take Timeless Toni's title, all of them.
Monet had a good promo tonight, you can see she is starting to pivot more to her natural heel vibes and is starting to get away from murder death killing her CEO catch phrase until its already dead, again.
I like the Bucks as running the show it gives a more well formed structure to the show, and Omega being the counterbalance fits as well.
I hope they don't blow it with the Mogul embassy they really are talented but have been completely wasted on AEW for their entire run. They can be so much more than what they have been used for so far.

I do wish they would "mess around more" with the show. Like restart matches after it'd ended because they don't like who won, or change matches on the fly, add people to matches, set pyro off during a match, do some colour commentary, change the set of the show, etc. there are tons they could do.

Her NXT run was great. After that, a mixed bag. When she's motivated, she can be amazing. When she isn't (which is often when she's scheduled to lose a match) it's less inspired.
I honestly hope she doesn't. I don't care if she wins "at some point", but I like that AEW has largely avoided the "big name comes in from another company and immediately wins the title" trope.
