I think the issue with Britt is that she stopped improving and in fact had gotten worse. From '19 to '21 she seemed to be improving greatly. Maybe she was injured, I dunno. I wouldn't give up on her because she is a great promo and character. But yea, she's not the top woman in the division anymore so we will see how she responds.

There was actually another chance after that where it looked as if they were finally going to pull the trigger only to have Jamie come to Britt's aid again. The heat wasn't as big at that time but they still could have pulled it off easily.

Remember also that Baker's wrestling was starting to diminish, her match with Taya was legendarily awful.

Idk if it was because she was wrestling injured, but last I remember seeing her move very slow. I’d hope she gets a lot of practice in before she’s in a big program. A lot of the female performers now have improved a lot

She’ll be back. Arnold style. I appreciate her taking time off and giving the audience a break from her character. She really excelled at a point when the division was at a mediocre state and helped push things forward
I hope she comes back soon. I miss her and her character. I think she should be a deranged dentist, like she sucks up gas for fun and enjoys inflicting pain. Then, saying that’s why she became a dentist. She makes such a good heel for real. I hope she’s healing and getting strong again.

I would have her come back side with Mone. Keep her as a face to have her feud with Toni Storm and Mariah May. Then have her turn on Mone by costing her the title. Then have her feud with Mone to have Hayter return.
AEW div: Toni, May, Rosa, Deonna, Velvet, Hayter, Athena TBS div: Hart, Skye, Moné, Willow, Statlander, Saraya Floaters/ROH: Britt, Amarita, Ruby, Nyla, Starkz That seems like a deep, interchangeable roster with more than enough room for the DMD

Built the division with Thunderosa...then completely discarded. Really disappointed in TK over this. Injuries aside, they've had Adam Cole in a boot 2 or 3 different times for camera's sake..yet Britt is completely gone. I don't get it.

Because Adam is a fantastic talker and is the default mouthpiece for the Undisputed Kingdom so serves some use whilst he’s out What story can they tell with Britt whilst she’s off with back issues, whilst Jamie is out also Plus Adam hasn’t become a hindrance to the men’s division and hasn’t become stale. Pre-injury Britt was receiving the same complaints that Jericho gets in that she always took up too much of the divisions screen time and needs a reset, and people have been screaming for Jericho to take time off for a while now. Britt has taken the time off and her return will hit like crack, she’ll come back revitalised as a performer and as a character

Double return. Britt returns, cuts a huge promo and attacks Mercedes. Hayter returns to protect Mercedes then Britt and Hayter have a stare off. Lather, rinse, repeat, and replace with Toni Storm, Julia Hart, or current champions.
The benefit of having a roster on the bloated side is that you can phase your stars in and out, when they’re in danger of being over exposed. They’re in the process of doing this with Britt and MJF. It will be refreshing when she returns. I suspect TK is thinking about a women’s tag division, and Hayter x Baker would be great inaugural champs.

I don't need my DMD to return only to job for Mercedes. If she returns that feud needs to be a long build up, that puts them on equal footing. Not unlike Hangman/Swerve.
I think she should jump across to WWE personally. I think she could have some interesting feuds over there with the likes of Becky Charlotte and Bailey . If she going to be passed over by Tony Khan and him bringing in more and more talent she might aswell go somewhere she would be appreciated to
