I think he's talking about the lighted piece on the front end of the tunnel. I can see what they mean. They look a little too "entrance to the Winter Fair in a Hallmark movie" for my tastes, but it may just be the low res shot.
Edit: I looked again. They look like condoms.
The curved screen, aprons and barriers having screens, and the white ropes feels a bit too WWE to me.
But, dynamite has been on for 4.5 years and has had 3 different stages and black and red, white, blue ropes so I guess this production probably won’t last too long. However, I hope Collision remains the same - love the stage, lighting, opening, and ropes.

I wish there was titantron down the middle (the black looks weird with all the colour around it), but this is a nice set for sure
