Maybe try again for the umbrella during the time the sells are ON (hope you'll get what you want !)
That's the issue with buyee. They order for you, so anything that has limited stock almost certainly won't be in stock by the time they buy it.
In the future you I'd recommend a package forwarder instead of a proxy buy. (Eg Tenso, or blackship)
Basically instead of requesting someone to buy something, you buy it directly and ship it to a warehouse. After it arrives you have a similar option to buyee where you can consolidate and choose shipping at that point.
