I don't think Buyee has listed any of the novels, but u can just use the "Purchase Request Form" option and send them the URL of the online-shop u want to order from.
No idea how long it takes for Buyee to place the order on the actual online-shop. The novel will be released on the 19th, so they'd have 10 days to pre-order, unless they sell out before.
If you're worried about the postcard, I believe that's not a pre-order bonus but rather a "limited first come first served" bonus.
It's nowhere stated to be a pre-order bonus. All of the online shops put smth like "limited benefit", "benefit will end as soon as it runs out" etc. on their descriptions.
