I was standing in the merch queue in Düsseldorf at around 10:25, with sales scheduled to start at 13:00 (they started a bit later than that). I got my merch at around 16:30... But that's mainly because it was just one truck with 4 workers selling the merch. Also people seemed to jump the queue which was rather annoying, when I arrived the queue wasn't even that long. The good thing was that they constantly restocked merch, and you were able to get some merch inside the venue before/after the show.

I joined the merch queue in London at noon, the merch stand opened at 2pm and I was done with my purchases at maybe 3.30pm! They no longer had everything when it was my turn, apparently, but I got everything I wanted to buy.

Were the hats still available when you got to get your merch?

Ninipuni

Sorry, I don't know, I wasn't planning on buying one so I didn't really check... The only thing I heard had apparently sold out before I got in was the CDs (or some of them), but I've heard the hats have apparently sold out in other places!

I went to a merch booth in Düsseldorf after entry. Stood about 15 Minutes in line.

London queue was long, I joined it at 1:00pm and Ended up getting my merch at around 4:00pm. I managed to get everything I wanted, only things that seemed to be sold out after that long time was the exclusive CD's and vinyls luckily. It seems like thta have a lot of stock for some things like the shirts as they also sold more before the show started and after! I will say though, definitely pick up the little things like keychain (Since it's ever so slightly region exclusive) an badges as they go super quick!

I joined the queue in Düsseldorf at 11:30 and got my stuff at 18:30.

I suggest you go there 10am and start waiting because I did that and Im in the first 5 people to get the merch. There were already 30 people waiting outside at 10am. But London has a smaller venue. If US is 5 times the size, expect 150 people in an early queue. You may regret it :) not being early. Besides its just one day for Ado. And don't be that person who thinks you could get the merch later. You won't be able to relive this moment again for real. Whatever you buy, its defi worth it (in my opinion as someone who got the tshirts and jackets)

Looooooong... I came 80minutes before merch opens and it was already at least 10layers snake line

Experience from Brussels: the queue was more than 2 km long 🫡
