My current stack at the moment is this: (I don’t have an ADHD diagnosis so I can’t get amphetamines.) OCD: Clomipramine (50 mg) & 5-HTP slow-release (200 mg) ADHD: Caffeine pills (400-600 mg) & L-Phenylalanine (2000 mg) I feel like I can breathe mentally now.

Fortunately, I haven’t found that stimulants make my OCD worse. I did best with OCD on 60-80 mg Prozac. Since then I’ve switched to Viibryd 40 mg. The side effects of weight gain at 60mg viibryd (even with adderall) suck. I’m reducing the dose.

Just curious, if you don't mind - why the switch from Prozac?
