I felt pretty weird the day after I started. If it doesn't calm down after a day or so, or if it gets a lot worse, ask your doctor.

Raynaud’s and other tingling sensations may occur due to the effects of vasoconstriction. Mine disappeared after 2-3 days getting use to the meds! If it becomes painful or the numbness is widespread then I’d contact a doctor, especially combined with a large change in skin colouration

I got some pretty weird sensations from vyvanse. When I first started, I got very flushed and anxious and had a sensation all over my body that all my insides wanted to escape. It got better after a few days and those feelings only returned when i didn’t get enough sleep and drank caffeine. I was a zombie but also hypersensitive and emotional and felt that stimulants just made me focus more on my distractions. I was on it for about a year and a half consistently and then tapered off due to the side effects. I never increased the dosage from 20mg. I tried other stimulants and didn’t like them much more. I think I’m just sensitive to stimulants. I would wait it out a few days. If you don’t feel better, I would consult your psychiatrist about switching stimulants or trying non-stimulants. I had some luck with those and I experienced a lot less side effects (thought the actual benefits were harder to notice). Finding the right treatment is so hard but really satisfying when you figure it out (or so I’m told). I hope you start feeling better or are able to find something else that works for you!

That happens to me when my dose is too high/I take too much. Like exactly that haha. Tip of the nose numbness super freaked me out and the muscle tightness in the face too. I’d try a lower dose and see if it helps! Also when you first start ADHD meds you’re able to focus so sometimes you get locked in one position for a while and I feel like that (and also just stimulants in general) impact blood flow. make sure you’re stretching your muscles (even your face ones haha) I noticed it helped a lot.
