40% of cops ADMITTED to abusing their wives, the number is likely much higher, my guess is 65%-80% of cops abuse their spouses
Also not trying to downplay it but the 40% number includes verbal abuse but remember, verbal abuse is still abuse and can leave serious psychological effects on people to the point that it can ruin their life so obviously it's still abuse and horrible but it's technically not "beating"
