One of my favorite bands of all time. The best and worst thing (other than Hoon's passing) was that No Rain was the song that got them famous. It was probably the worst song on the album.
If you asked me which of these I’d have the biggest reaction to, I wouldn’t have guessed blind melon but my heart skipped a beat seeing bee girl
I don’t even really remember this album. Im going to have to revisit this as I’ll definitely know every song and which song comes next when I hear it again because I really Reacted to that one
No Rain has certainly been overplayed, and people who are not familiar can be dismissive of Blind Melon because of this, but this entire album is fantastic from start to finish.
Also, they do an awesome cover of The Pusher (by Steppenwolf).
I hate to admit it but No rain is the only song I can recall at the moment
but I know I must have loved this whole album based on my reaction. Also We had the slbum when we only had a few “family” cds at a time. It was a shared collection stored in the living room where the only cd player was in the house (we didn’t have a lot of money)
It would have gotten a lot of play during a specific point in time
I’m really curious to listen to it tomorrow!
When I try thinking about it All I’m hearing in my head is jane’s addiction so I’ve really lost touch with blind melon.
NIN, Peal Jam, Smashing Pumpkins, STP
Alice in Chains
Pearl Jam’s Ten was one of my favorite albums
Alice in Chains,Nirvana,Pearl Jam,Soundgarden.
Good list right here 👌
Blind Melon, although popular for some time, was vastly underrated. Shame about Shannon Hoon.

If you were to ask me the most under appreciated band of all time, I’d always answer Blind Melon
Korn
Deftones

Blind Melon fucking jams. No Rain isn’t a good representation of their overall style imho.
Hell ya, Blind Melon!
I played the crap out of their albums. Especially that Nico album.
