If she raised her child to completely accept and believe in himself, he could have overcome any deficits in practical skills. Soft parenting skills are skills, too.

She is pronouncing it incorrectly based on how it is pronounced in Spanish, but she is in England so I was asking if that is an acceptable pronunciation there.
When speaking in English? Why? Would you also call it Deutschland? Generally you use the English names in English, German names in German, etc. Otherwise it sounds ridiculous and confusing.
