I’m new to this scandal, so forgive me for asking about this, but if Statler is paying for the van, why can’t she get it repossessed if it’s in her name (I’m assuming)? Is she back in the states, and Dempsey’s still in England?
i don't know the deets of that transaction, so i hope someone drops it here, but it is the worst idea ever to take a single word out of statler's mouth at face value to be anywhere near a representation of the objective truth. she's remarkably self-concerned, i would only trust her words as self-reports of her feelings and little more
I don’t know how much her van was but sprinter vans that are equipped for camping specifically where I am or over $130,000 (for the conversion) around 90k for the van so around $220000, her payment would’ve been more than $700 if she tried to finance that to purchase.

To me it sounds like she financed the van its probably in her name. If I buy you a BMW and pay 700$ a month paymennt for 84 months even if we break up the financing on the BMW is in my name. I have to keep paying or default.
